FAMSY VIC announces new Shura

Assalamu alaykum warahmatullah wabarakatuh

By Allah's grace FAMSY had its AGM meeting this year and would now like to announce the results of the elections and the composition of it's new Shura as a result.

Br. Omar Lahham was elected as the President of our Victorian Chapter, may Allah bestow His blessings upon him and enable him to fulfil his duties.

The other Shura members who were elected were internally appointed to the following positions:

Secretary: Br.Basel Ayoub
Sisters Co-ordinator: Sr.Dalya Ayoub
Tarbiyah Leader: Br.Ahmed Huwait
Member: Br. Mohamed Helmy
Member(Media Representative): Sr.Tasnim Sammak
Treasurer: Br. Mohamed ElMasri
Member(Assistant Treasurer): Sr.Zahra Said


May Allah give us the guidance to serve Him in the best way possible

We intend on investing and striving to the maximum of our ability for the betterment of our Islamic and Australian community, and we therefore hope that we will cooperate and pray together in order to achieve the best and what is pleasing to Allah.

We hope we can work together as a community throughout our term, and consolidate our relationship for the years to come.
